U.S. Customers -
We ship all of our domestic packages using FedEx©. All orders placed
before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. All orders
placed after 2:00pm (EST) will be shipped the next business day. All products
are boxed and packaged in protective matter (peanuts, bubble rap etc.) to
ensure safe delivery. For your protection, all shipments will require a
signature at delivery. Every product we sell has been approved for U.S.
consumers. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us.

Customers outside the continental USA - We ship all
of our international packages using FedEx©. All orders placed before

issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original
condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are

We guarantee top quality on all of our products! If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply email us
to get an R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) for your purchase.
Once you receive authorization, send the product back to us along with its
original packaging (empty or not) along with your original receipt, the
R.M.A. number, and a short explanation of the return within the first 30
days of your original purchase to be eligible for either a full refund or
an exchange less S&H. Only one exchange is granted per transaction.
*Used single bottle returns are expected to have atlest 1/2 of their original
contence remaining to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. All unopened
products will receive a full refund or credit less S&H.
Always inspect your merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If you have
received damaged merchandise contact us immediately. Damaged items must
be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
NOTE: FedEx© requires you to keep the product, packing material and
the original shipping carton for them to inspect. This is required to receive
replacement of the product damaged. Failure to comply with FedEx© shipping
policy voids this return policy. Damaged or defective product will be replaced
immediately. Before returning any merchandise please contact us for a R.M.A.
number.
